Cancellation Policy: With respect to our staff we ask that you please provide the spa with 24 hours notice of a cancellation. We recognize that life can be unexpected and not everything comes with advanced notice. Please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment and we can rebook.
We reserve the option to charge no shows for the full cost of services and last minute changes a fee of 50%.
