Due to COVID-19 if you feel sick or unwell we are asking that you cancel your appointment and stay home and contact 811. Please reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better and no longer have any symptoms: Fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
For all other cancellations, please recognize that when you book an appointment you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to your fellow clients and our staff, please let us know as soon as you know that you are not able to make your appointment so that we can open it up to fellow clients that are in need.
If cancellations are necessary we ask that you provide 24 to 48 hours notice if at all possible. Our appointment times are high in demand and your advance notice will allow another client your time.
Missed or Late Appointments
For missed appointments we will first make a note on your file. Any future or continuously missed appointments will incur a charge or the possibility of refusal to book.
For late appointments and with the new rules of COVID we need to provide extra time between clients to do a complete clean. Please note that your time will be docked and will be charged the full appointment time. If it becomes continuous that you are late each appointment time will be added and you will be expected to pay the longer appointment time for each booking.
