As a small spa operator, I am often busy with clients at the times you are most likely to call. Please leave a message with your name, number and the time/day you are available. If you prefer, you can book your appointment online or send an email to annettebrown@shaw.ca At my next available opportunity, I will respond to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: With respect to our staff we ask that you please provide the spa with 24 hours notice of a cancellation. We recognize that life can be unexpected and not everything comes with advance notice. Please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment and we can rebook. We reserve the option to charge no shows for the full cost of services and last minute changes a fee of 50%.
